How Service Works
On-Site House Calls: We service your equipment at your location during evening or Saturday hours.
Shop Repair Policy: If a job requires more than 2 hours (such as lengthy virus scans or OS reinstallations), we move the device to our shop so you aren't charged for idle scan time.
Turnaround: We target a fast 2-day turnaround for shop services.
